Henry Williams III
Program Coordinator
Henry, a native of Virginia Beach, VA, now resides in Reston, Virginia, working as a freelance percussion instructor, designer, and program coordinator. His DCI journey began in 1999 with Tarheel Sun Drum and Bugle Corps and concluded as an age-out member of Carolina Crown in 2003, a standout summer when the corps returned to finals.
After aging out, Henry enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, joining “The Commandant’s Own; The United States Marine Drum & Bugle Corps” from 2005-2009. He served as an arranger, instructor for the battery, and section leader for the bassline, performing across the U.S. and internationally. Notable TV appearances included “PBS Capitol Fourth Celebration” and “Fox and Friends.” He then transitioned to a combat logistics unit, deploying to Afghanistan in 2010.
Henry has impacted many scholastic ensembles in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Texas as a batterie coordinator, director of percussion, and consultant. His DCI teaching includes staff positions with the Colts, Spirit of Atlanta, Phantom Regiment, and the Cadets, where he was awarded “Rookie Percussion Staff Member of the Year.”
Over his two-decade teaching career, Henry has worked with numerous WGI ensembles, such as George Mason University Indoor Drumline, Cavaliers Indoor Percussion, 5 Points Percussion, and Monarch Independent. He is the Assistant Director for Old Line Independent Percussion and batterie arranger for Spectre Percussion. Henry also designs and consults for many scholastic indoor ensembles.
Outside the pageantry arts, Henry enjoys spending time with his family and pets. He is endorsed by Vic Firth Sticks and Mallets, Zildjian Cymbals, and Ludwig-Musser Percussion.
Anthony Parrulli
Battery Arranger
Anthony Parrulli is a performer/educator based in the Orlando area where he performs with “The Discovery Island Drummers” at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Prior to that, he spent 16 years as a Blue Man in Blue Man Group and performed with “The Jammitors” at Epcot and “Beat Builders” at Universal Studios. As an active member of the marching arts community for over 30 years, he has worked with, and written for, many programs around the country and was a member of “Spirit of Atlanta Drum & Bugle Corps” and “The City of Dunedin Pipe Band”. Anthony is currently the percussion director at Windermere High School and the performer director of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers “Buc Beat Line”
Michael Mortilla
Front Ensemble Arranger
Michael Mortilla is an active performer, teacher, and composer in the Central Florida area. Michael received his Bachelor’s degree in music performance from the University of Central Florida. He is the percussion director and arranger at J.W. Mitchell High School, but also works with multiple programs around the state, offering arranging and consulting services for both FMBC and BOA circuits. Michael is also a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneer’s Buc Beat Line.
Lindsey Schueller
Visual Designer
Lindsey was born and raised in Michigan where she began her pageantry arts career. She went on to perform with Genesis Percussion, Rhythm X, Blue Stars, Bluecoats, and Carolina Crown. She received her undergraduate education from Central Michigan University and her Doctor of Audiology from Rush University. Lindsey worked for several years as an Educational Audiologist in southwest Michigan before moving to Atlanta to pursue visual design full time.
For over a decade she has been an active visual designer and instructor with scholastic and independent programs all over the country, including BOA regional finalists, champions, grand national semi-finalists, DCI and WGI finalists and champions. Since 2014, Lindsey has worked as visual supervisor and visual designer with Legends Drum and Bugle Corps, who was a consistent DCI semi-finalist since 2015 and placed second in Open Class in 2019. Additionally, in 2019 and 2021 she worked with Boston Crusaders as a visual instructor and visual design intern. Lindsey is currently the visual designer for the Troopers Drum & Bugle Corps and Q2 2024 WGI PIO Silver Medalist. Lindsey is thrilled to work with Siege Percussion as the visual designer for the 2025 season.
Hikari Nitta
Choreographer & Artistic Designer
Hikari is an educator/performer based in Orlando where she currently drums with Matsuriza at Epcot. With an extensive background in dance and colorguard, she has performed with Freedom HS (Orlando), USF Winterguard, the Bluecoats and Swotu Waya Drum Circle at Animal Kingdom. Still very active in the marching arts, she currently teaches Freedom HS and The Bluecoats as well as works as a social media coordinator and Contest Director for FFCC.
