ANNOUNCEMENT

We want to share an important update regarding the future of Siege Percussion. After careful consideration, Siege Percussion will be taking a brief hiatus and will not field an ensemble for the upcoming season. This was not an easy decision, but we believe it is the right step to protect the long-term health, stability, and success of the organization. 

Over the last season, we have experienced increasing challenges in securing rehearsal facilities that meet the needs of an indoor percussion program. Beyond facility limitations, we have encountered logistical obstacles that affect our ability to provide the rehearsal environment, educational experience, and overall standard our performers have come to expect from Siege Percussion. Rather than compromise that standard, we have chosen to use this time to strengthen the foundation of our organization. 

This period will allow us to pursue sustainable facility solutions, evaluate operational needs, and address the logistical challenges necessary to support a successful and memorable season in the future. Siege Percussion remains committed to excellence, education, and providing a first-class experience for our members. We are already working toward the conditions needed for a strong return, and we are incredibly grateful to the members, staff, alumni, families, supporters, and community partners who have helped shape Siege over the last three years. Your continued belief in our organization means everything to us, and we look forward to sharing updates as we build toward the next chapter of Siege Percussion. 

We understand that this news may be disappointing, especially for performers who were looking forward to the upcoming season. Please know that this decision was made with care, responsibility, and a commitment to preserving the quality and integrity of the Siege Percussion experience.
